Dene Hollow is a very spacious, magazine-featured home, filled with eclectic character and built from reclaimed materials.
Built for family comfort, it offers a large patio with pizza oven, BBQ, hot tub and eating area. Six roomy bedrooms, 5 of which have en suite, including themed Harry Potter & Star Wars rooms, an accessible downstairs bedroom, and generous entertaining areas. All this within minutes walk of the South Downs Way, the walks and activities of the River Adur and 30 mins from Brighton Beach.
A fun spacious property, ideal for family time together. It has a great entertaining area, large dining table seats 12 with a large kitchen, and large sitting room off to the side. All open plan for spending time together as a family. There is a separate chill out area for kids and teenagers, or adults wanting a quiet space.The large landscaped garden has a covered outdoor kitchen, with a pizza oven, a bbq area and family outdoor dining. A large hot tub and covered outdoor seating area, also sun lounges for those sunny days. There is a “games lodge” in the garden for kids and teenage fun, or those big kids not grown up yet?
